1. From the construction aspect
Emery wear-resistant floor
Emery wear-resistant flooring is constructed with concrete pouring during construction. During construction, the wear-resistant aggregate is spread on the concrete
surface after the slurry is raised according to the actual situation.
Afterward, the disc trowel is used for troweling and light finishing, so that the aggregate is tightly combined with the concrete surface to form a good ground,
and after the construction is completed, it is integrated with the concrete.
Sealing curing agent floor
The sealing and curing agent must wait for the concrete and cement floors to be completely treated before construction, and the newly poured concrete floor must be completely dry. Generally, the curing agent should be applied for 28 days after the concrete is cured.
There is a big difference in the construction of the two, but in general, the construction of a concrete curing agent floor is simpler and more convenient than the emery wear-resistant floor.
2 From a performance perspective
Emery wear-resistant floor
Emery wear-resistant flooring improves the abrasion resistance and impact resistance of concrete floors, increases the oil resistance of the ground,
and forms a high-density, easy-to-clean, and impervious floor.
They are mostly used for highly wear-resistant and dust-proof industrial plant floors, warehouses, parking lots, etc.
Sealing curing agent floor
The seal curing agent has good penetration performance, and the treated floor forms a dense whole, with excellent properties such as anti-penetration,
compression resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and no ash, and its surface will have a longer life Wax-like gloss.
A concrete curing agent can effectively solve the problem of graying and sanding on ordinary concrete floors,
and can also improve the hardness and wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the ground. It is a good and economical floor.
Emery abrasion-resistant flooring and sealing curing agent flooring both have the practical properties of wear-resistance, dust-proofing,
and easy-to-clean. Using them together, the effect is better, and the ground is more beautiful.
