Klindex Quick Lock is Klindex’s new line of diamond tools designed for the new Ready Cool plates. Thanks to the convenient curved locking system, the Quick Lock diamond pad can be fitted and removed by one simple movement while remaining perfectly secured when in use.
The Quick Lock can be installed on any size Ready Cool Plate, providing convenience for operators with multiple machines and eliminating the need for multiple tools to help reduce management costs. So it could keep your diamonds cool and improve performance.

Our Quick Lock Diamond Tools for Klindex Concrete Floor Grinder come in different metal bonds designed specifically for the different types of concrete hardness.
To select the correct bond for a specific floor, so we recommend using the Mohs Scratch Test kit first to determine the hardness of the concrete.

4. How to do Selection for Grits:
A: To expose medium to large aggregate, you can start with 30 grit metals,
B: For small to medium aggregate start with 60 grit metals
C: For salt and pepper -start with 120 grit metals.
