Metal Bond Rose Floor Grinding Discs is a complete range of hybrid diamonds from 30 to 400 grit diamonds allowing for transitioning at almost any step. This series is also one of the most economical hybrid lines on the market.
Utilizes a hybrid bond of metal and resin to remove any remaining scratches and prepare the floor for final polishing.

2. Product Description:
Metal Bond Rose Floor Grinding Discs are excellent for granite, terrazzo, and concrete.
Metal Bond Rose Floor Grinding Discs to shape and start the polishing process and extend the life of the lower grit pads. Then seamlessly switch over to the standard pads at 400 and finish the polishing process.
Thanks to the Hook and Loop (Velcro) backing design, the pads can be adaptable to all kinds of hand grinders.
Here we can see how to make polishing and renewing for a large scope of the floor, for example:
Firstly:30 grits, For quick, aggressive cutting, can be the starting point for a heavy salt and pepper application. Sometimes needed to remove the cure and seal from new construction. Can be used to remove 30-grit or 60-grit metal bond scratches depending on the application.
Secondly:50 grit Can be the starting point for a cream or light salt and pepper application. Removes 30-grit hybrid scratches and in some cases 60 grit metal bond tools. Sometimes needed to remove the cure and seal from new construction.
Thirdly:100 grit, Great as a starting point for a cream finish with no cure and seal present. Removes the scratches from 50-grit hybrid or 80-grit metal bond tools.
Fourth:200 grit, Excellent tool to follow up after the 100 grit hybrid to tighten the floor up for refinement.
Fifth:400 grit, Follows the 200 grit hybrid very well and hones the surface preparing the floor for the polishing stages.
