1. The Introduction of Copper Bond Diamond Polishing Pads:
Copper Bond diamond polishing pads are not simply copper flakes in the resin. Specially made metal and copper bonds make the pads much more aggressive due to the high diamond count with a more aggressive diamond surrounded by metal and resin. Delivers a more uniform scratch pattern.
The 9MM thick pad promotes a longer run life with aggressive scratching but is not overly aggressive for scaring concrete, Can be used Wet or Dry.

2. Product Description:
Copper Bond diamond pads are excellent for granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, quartzite, limestone, concrete, ceramic, porcelain, and all natural stones
Use the Copper Bond pads to shape and start the polishing process and extend the life of the lower grit pads. Then seamlessly switch over to the standard pads at 400 and finish the polishing process.
Thanks to the Hook and Loop (Velcro) backing design, the pads can be adaptable to all kinds of floor polishing machines.
Here we can see how to make polishing and renewing for a large scope of the floor, for example:
Firstly:50 grit, for wet and dry operation and can be used to remove cure and seal off of new concrete and/or be the initial starting point to expose salt and pepper aggregate. It can also be used to remove 60-grit metal scratches.
Secondly:100 grit, For wet and dry operation and can be used to remove thin cures and seal off new concrete and/or be the initial starting point to expose little or no aggregate (cream finish). It can also be used to remove 80-grit metal scratches and remove step after grout coat application.
Thirdly:200 grit, For wet and dry operation and can be used to remove 100-grit copper pads and/or 150-grit metal scratches.
Fourth:400 grit for wet and dry operation and can be used to remove 200-grit copper scratches.
