240mm Klindex Diamond Disc With 6-Bar Segments is for Klindex 9.5 inch 240mm floor grinding machine. Diamond tools with TCK technology for concrete floors, travertine, terrazzo, limestone, agglomerate and abrasive marble floors etc.
The pads are are made with a different bond hardness for different types of concrete – soft, medium, hard, extra hard and super hard. Using the wrong bond can cause diamond glazing, premature wear or difficult scratches.

3. How to do Selection for bonds ?
Our diamond tools come in different metal bonds designed specifically for the different types of concrete hardness.
To select the correct bond for a specific floor, so we recommend using the Mohs Scratch Test kit first to determine the hardness of the concrete.

4. How to do Selection for Grits:
A: To expose medium to large aggregate, you can start with 30 grit metals,
B: For small to medium aggregate start with 60 grit metals
C: For salt and pepper -start with 120 grit metals.
